This next week’s vibes: unsweetened chocolate, tepid water, pine sol, lilac, the smell of bed sheets drying in the sun, shellfish, warm sea foam in an oil spill, mining

This week Jupiter enters Cancer (the sign of its exaltation) and Venus enters Taurus (the sign of its domicile), though both also encounter adversity immediately. Mercury is challenged this week, and the overall energy of the week is a mixture of joviality and anxiety.

ALSO: my band, hand puppets (Instagram, TikTok), is playing a show in Brooklyn next Saturday, June 14th in celebration of a friend’s 30th birthday (pretty cute way to ring in one’s 7th house profection year). She’ll be joining us for a few songs of her choice and then we’ll be playing our own material. I’m a drummer, have I ever mentioned that?

I haven’t played a show in years, since before covid began, and I’m excited and nervous. If you’re in the area, I’d love to see you there, and if you’re not, it’ll also be livestreamed! Buy in-person tickets ahead of time HERE and select “handpuppetsxoxo” so that the venue knows that we’re bringing people in, or get access to the livestream HERE if you'd like to support my music from afar.

We’re also wrapping up recording our first single. A very Jupiter-in-Cancer one. Stay tuned for that.

Below are your transits for the next week. This is a lengthy one!
